1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website (www.bcnttechnologies.in), requesting quotes, or procuring engineering products and services provided by BCNT Technologies ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our website and services.

2. Engineering Services & Custom Fabrication

BCNT Technologies specializes in custom test rigs, special purpose machines (SPM), precision cable harnesses, prototyping, and motion/measurement solutions. All engineering specifications, tolerances, and design requirements must be mutually agreed upon in writing prior to fabrication.

• CAD & Blueprint Approval: Production begins only after the client approves final technical drawings and component bills of materials (BOM).
• Tolerance Variations: Custom fabricated parts adhere to international precision machining tolerances (ISO 2768-m or client-specified engineering tolerances).
• Design Changes: Post-approval engineering change orders (ECO) may incur additional material charges and delivery timeline adjustments.

3. Quotations, Pricing & Payment Terms

All quotations (RFQ estimates) generated online or issued via formal proposal are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Prices exclude statutory taxes, customs duties, and logistics shipping unless itemized in the formal quotation.
• Custom machinery and development projects require advance milestone payments as stipulated in the agreed purchase order.
• Invoices past their net maturity date are subject to statutory late interest charges.

4. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

We respect client intellectual property. Any proprietary design files, patent-pending schematics, and confidential data submitted to BCNT Technologies remain the sole property of the client.

Conversely, all proprietary BCNT firmware, telemetry frameworks, modular rig chassis designs, website code, logos, and technical documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of BCNT Technologies.

5. Delivery, Inspection & Warranty

Delivery timelines are estimates subject to raw material availability, machining schedules, and freight transit times. Upon receipt of goods:

• The client agrees to inspect hardware within 7 working days and notify us of any transit defects or non-conformity.
• Standard fabricated components are covered by our quality workmanship warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Warranty does not cover damages arising from improper installation, unauthorized modifications, operating outside rated mechanical/electrical limits, or normal operational wear and tear.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BCNT Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of production, data loss, or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use our website, custom machinery, or fabricated components.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or commercial contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Trivandrum, Kerala, India.
